The Point of Departure
I’ve been making the Old Time Whole Wheat Bread out of Better Homes and Gardens Homemade Bread Cook Book for years. This year, unemployed and with plenty of time on my hands, I decided to bake my way through the other hundred recipes in the book. I hope to learn something in the process and well as keep myself positive, up beat and well fed. I get tired of typing the whole title in my posts so I usually refer to it as the Point of Departure or simply PofD.
